Suspense & colorful delights

Do you ever buy products online?

I do...

A lot! I love being able to shop around, put stuff in your basket, hesitate and leave the webpage only to decide you do in fact want to buy it and go back to find the things you had chosen earlier. The great thing about online shopping is that you can do it at any given hour.
With work, sports and friends taking up most of my time, I don't have that many opportunities to go shopping at 'real' stores. Also, the crowds in the city on weekends can be so utterly annoying, that I usually go home and buy stuff I saw in the shops online. Just 'cause I can! ;)

After snooping around different sites, 'picking up' stuff, putting them back and lots of indecisiveness, it's great to have put in an order. After that you get a confirmation email (Yay!) and an email when your package has been sent off (another Yay!).

From there on I get overexcited every day when I run up to the mailbox to see if my package has already arrived. Off course it takes days for the package to finally get to my doorstep, but the expectation and excitement are tremendous! When it finally arrives, I love love love when it looks like the package I received this week. I should 've taken a picture of the lovely designed tape that was used, but in my overexcited state of mind, I ripped it apart to see its contents as soon as possible:

The purple press-studs are for the girl-dress:

It still needs some TLC (and a sowing machine and my time of course...) before I can send it off to baby girl. This weekend is full of other plans, I'm going cycling in the south of the Netherlands, so I won't have any crafting time. Hopefully I'll be able to finish it early next week, you can definitely expect a ta-dah post then!

The dino's you can see up there (I've been told they're velociraptors) are nasty little buggers. Just when I turned around...

they decided to chase Bambi around. Luckily I got them just in time. Who knows what could've happened!? ;)

I bought everything from bambiblauw.be, a lovely Belgian webshop which you should definitely have a look at!
